Effect of an Organic Fertilizer of Ganoderma lucidum Residue on the Physical and Chemical Properties and Microbial Communities of Saline Alkaline Soil

Saline-alkali land is the main reserve soil resource. The amount of arable farmland can be increased through improvement and utilization saline-alkali land. Bio-organic fertilizer an effective conditioner, but there are few studies on with traditional Chinese medicine residues (TCMRs). In this study, organic made from Ganoderma lucidum residue (GLR) was mixed at different proportions; physicochemical properties, enzyme activity, microbial community characteristics were investigated. results showed that pH, as well bulk density electrical conductivity significantly reduced, while moisture content porosity after GLR incorporation. Soil invertase amylase activities increased, diversity richness structure. abundance dominant phyla, Bacteroidota, Actinobacteriota, Chloroflexi, Firmicutes, Basidiomycota, Proteobacteria Ascomycota phyla decreased. best effect obtained when application ratio 25%. findings TCMRs have positive prospects in improvement.
